In a crowd- and judge-pleasing explosion of huge tricks that included a double cork 1260, into back to back 1080s, Iouri Podladtchikov managed to unseat the reigning champ Louie Vito in his final run down the 22′ superpipe. With the crowd on fire, Vito came through with an equally massive run of double corks down the pipe, but it wasn’t enough to win the judges over.

This was I-Pod’s first Winter Dew Tour Superpipe win, so needles to say, he was pretty stoked.
